In consultation with you, we’ll create a comprehensive marketing strategy designed specifically to tackle your key challenges. You’ll leave with a practical task list that steers your team's activity for the next year, and ensures all marketing channels are co-ordinated to tell the right story.

Then we stay on call for advice about anything your team needs, for up to 4 hours every month. We even come back at 6 and 12 months for a review workshop, to check how things are going and recommend any strategic changes to get more from your marketing.

  • A tailored marketing strategy, including:

    • Research (up to 5 stakeholder interviews, up to 3 competitor reviews and SWOT analysis to identify your main challenges and goals)

    • Development of overall strategy approach to get you there

    • Identification of practical tactics to bring it to life (using 5 P’s model)

  • 4 hours of general consultation per month, for 12 months
